I was trying this plugin to style input fields, but it does nothing on input fields. I just changes background color and text color or the parent element. So, actually, you are not styling the form, you are styling a div which has a form.
Definately, not was I was looking for.
Also, you only can pick RGB colors, so if your are working with transparent layers, won't be usefull...
