This plugin is very smart developed. Just input the data you want to store by a form and output them everywhere you need them.
But the main advantage of the plugin is the developer himself. He develops solutions for certain problems very fast and very smart.

Plugin works as advertised. It was almost exactly what I needed, so I emailed the developer and she helped me make the modifications I needed to make it do exactly what our site needs.
This plugin has a shortcode for displaying the collected data onto the front end of your site. In my searching this is a unique feature that was just what I was looking for.

A must-have plugin for those seeking to collect and store data from front-end users. Its super easy and user-friendly interface makes it deserve five stars already!
I would say is the best of its kind in simplicity and yet having all the necessary features; So thoughtful of the author! And a big appreciation goes to her for having developed such a solution for novice people like me 🙂
