FAQ

When are purchase points added?

Purchase points are added when an order reaches one of the earning statuses selected in the plugin settings. This lets you choose whether rewards are issued for processing, completed or other eligible orders.

How does point redemption work?

Customers enter the number of points they want to use in the classic cart or checkout. The plugin converts those points to a discount using your configured redemption rate and observes any minimum or maximum you set.

Can customers see their history?

Yes. The My Reward Points account page shows available, lifetime earned and lifetime spent totals, followed by a detailed points history.

How are referrals rewarded?

Each logged-in customer receives a personal referral link. You can reward the referrer and friend when the friend registers, then reward both sides again after the friend’s first valid order.

Can I adjust a customer’s balance manually?

Yes. The customer points screen in WordPress lets an administrator add or remove points with a description that appears in the customer’s history.

Does the plugin send reward emails?

Reward notifications use the normal WordPress mail system. Delivery therefore follows the mail configuration used by your WordPress installation.

Does it support WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks?

Not yet. Use the classic WooCommerce cart and checkout shortcodes when you want customers to redeem points. Product earning messages and account dashboards are unaffected.
