GDPR

The Newsletter Plugin provides all the technical tools needed to achieve GDPR compliancy and we’re continuously working to improve them and to give support even for specific use cases.
The plugin does not collect users’ own subscribers data, nor it has any access to those data: hence, we are not a data processor, so a data processing agreement is not needed.
Anyway if you configure the plugin to use external services (usually an external mail delivery service) you should check with that service if some sort of agreement is required.

Support

We provide support for our plugin on WordPress.org forums and through our official forum.

Premium Users with an active license have access to one-to-one support via our ticketing system.

Ive always searched for a newsletter plugin that's easy to use especially for those who do not have a deep background in wordpress. I love this plugin so much. It has wonderful templates that are very easy to customize, too. Plus it's free!

I was having some problems with newsletters not sending and no response for "support" But it turned out that the problem was an older version of php on the server. Once it was updated, everything worked again

I opened a support ticket about a problem I was having with one of their modules I paid quite a bit of money for. The module claims to support the use of shortcodes within the newsletter and come to find out that nearly zero shortcodes actually work (ALL shortcodes that reference ANY WordPress post will be broken). The author wrote back "figure out how to do it yourself". Completely dismissive, and totally uninterested in lifting a finger for a paying client. Find yourself a different plugin, because as soon as you run into problems, you'll find out these guys don't give a darn.

Out of all the options out there for creating a newsletter within WordPress this one worked the best for me. It has a bunch of good features, a good visual builder and the ability to use a bunch of different services to do the sending. The free version lets you do a lot, and will be more than suitable for a lot of people. The paid version gives you a lot more options, and I feel the pricing is good for what you get. Check it out and see if it will work for you.
