I wanted to ask how much it would cost to customize this plugin. Add option to print by category, because I have a restaurant and I need to print for different printer categories of products

So to start, I do not know where the 1 star person came from but they certainly didn't reach out to support, likely thinking, like I originally did, that no one was going to respond to a free plugin support ticket. Well they helped troubleshoot an issue with a random plugin (Woocommerce Order Time Delivery) that had an issue, with a few logs they fixed the issue on their end, and pushed an update, in less than a day. Wow. Then I had thermal print issues, where it was printing too much blank paper before the receipt, wasting paper, with this plugin, at first, it was wasting way more than the other one. Issues that were carried over from another cloud print plugin, and also another thermal printer. They helped me trouble shoot it, go over details, and eventually I ended up easily working with the cheaper thermal printer (saving my client like $200). For reference (this might help someone else) I got a WiFi enabled Scangle printer from AMZ. Once set up (it is stupid easy, especially compared to Star, which has a great support team, but a really difficult to setup, configure and troubleshoot) then connect it with this plugin and make sure in the "Location" settings, you choose "custom" for the size and enter a width of 72 for 80mm (not sure about the other size) and I set the height to be 200mm which with the other plugin cut off longer orders, but on this it prints the exact right size on all orders, long and short. Strange issue, but this works perfectly.

When I install this plugin, the PHP version in my server was too old to support, my website crashed after I activate the plugin, they responded to my issue very soon, helped me to solve it finally.
