It generates a export file liske WP does, but you can select which posts to export.
But remember to activate it for all post types on config, don't know why it's not active by default.
It saves a lot of time testing between environments.

solved a mystery problem trying to export templates (export selected was not working)
with Single Post Exporter you can export single PAGE BUILDER templates (saved rows) simply from the template listing (no need to use Tools > Export et al
