Does this plugin export ACF field groups?: No. This plugin is designed to export/import options page values, not field group definitions. Use ACF’s built-in tools to manage field groups.

Can I export a single ACF options page instead of all of them?: Yes. On the export screen, choose a specific options page from the dropdown, or leave it on “Export All Options” to export every options page at once.
