This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest three major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

WP Access Codes

Description

This simple plugin enables you to set up different access codes or passwords that enable users to be added to specific WordPress Roles or Press Permit (http://presspermit.com/) permission groups.

Simply go to Settings -> WP Access Codes to create and manage your codes.

Use the [wp-access-codes] shortcode to display the input field in the frontend.

Installation

Does not require Press Permit – Press Permit features automatically enabled when Press Permit is installed.

  1. Upload the press-permit-access-codes directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Use the [pp-access-codes] shortcode to display the input field in the frontend.
