I removed the plugin with SSH and found that it had created 3000 post pages. After removing those pages in batches of 250 at a time, I think that I will search for a different plugin. I did not attempt to contact support so I can't comment on the level of support that the developer offers but wanted to offer my review as a word of warning. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/2ca270d617258c7f3107a1470dc77f30f195a7120e2c361159ad8fb17e0c5c01? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Did not work for me but super customer support](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broke-my-website-39/)󠁿 [bob34](https://profiles.wordpress.org/bob34/) 29 January 2019 1 reply Did not work on my site but customer service was top notch. I bought the pro version. I installed the plugin, when I entered the API it looped forever. I then was not able to access my website anymore. I had to remove the plugin from the ftp. I was offered to try to fix it but choose a refund instead. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/3cfd36d77e696a40b5037b8a0a96ab823331cbd666081f2680a187b9505b299a? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Very efficient tool !](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/very-efficient-tool-2/)󠁿 [fayazahmad](https://profiles.wordpress.org/fayazahmad/) 29 November 2018 1 reply It runs very well with many other plugins and the support is very fast and efficient. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/16c38f7ebc6cc854a5283c406c07601d8f8fee85ffb26f0fe51d38b251203ca1? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[The Worst Plugin and Support In The World](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-worst-plugin-and-support-in-the-world/)󠁿 [clarkeyyy](https://profiles.wordpress.org/clarkeyyy/) 12 August 2018 1 reply Plugin didn't work from the beginning. Sometimes you just NEED to gather extra user info, and Simple User Registration handles it like a charm. There's also everything else the plugin supports (such as login redirects and custom email templates for new registrations). All in all, it's a neat little gem that takes care of multiple things all at once. All from one single plugin. Highly recommended.
