I am having an issue that needs attention, on the homepage the box “What Kind” droplist is not functioning as only have a few selections, I had a new tradesperson register at weekend as a Roofer but this is not in the dropdown list, therefore cannot be found

Good afternoon, I need some help please as the Theme I am using is not functioning as I require, I have been in touch with the Theme developer Pebas but getting no communication.
