Description

H6 Smart Shipping & Payment Control lets you decide which delivery options and payment methods each customer sees at checkout, and what they cost, without writing code. Hide cash on delivery outside the UK, offer free delivery only over £50, let trade customers pay by bank transfer, or add a charge for remote postcodes.

It is built for shop owners, not developers. Every rule is written out in one plain sentence, such as “When the delivery country is not United Kingdom → hide Cash on delivery”, and a “Try it out” tab shows what would happen to an order before your customers see it.

It works alongside your normal WooCommerce shipping zones and payment settings, and never replaces them.

Everything is included. There is no paid version and nothing is locked.

Good for:

• Offering free delivery, collection or couriers only when it makes sense
• Stopping cash on delivery, or any other payment method, where you do not want it
• Letting trade and wholesale customers pay on account or by bank transfer
• Charging for remote postcodes, heavy parcels, small orders or card payments
• Changing delivery options at weekends, on bank holidays or after a cut-off time

Decide when a rule applies

Build each rule from one or more conditions, and choose whether all of them or any of them must be true.

• The cart: subtotal, weight, number of items, products, categories, shipping classes and coupons
• The address: delivery country, postcode (with wildcards such as IV* and ranges such as PA20…PA80), county or state, and shipping zone
• The customer: guests, anyone logged in, or customer types such as trade customers
• The time: days of the week, times of day and date ranges, in your shop’s time zone
• A rule with no conditions applies to every order

Change delivery options

• Hide delivery options, such as free delivery for very heavy orders
• Only offer certain delivery options and hide the rest
• Rename a delivery option, such as “Flat rate” to “Next-day courier”
• Change the delivery cost: add an amount or a percentage, take some off, or set a new price
• Choose an option for every zone, or for one zone only

Change payment methods

• Hide payment methods, such as cash on delivery outside the UK
• Only offer certain payment methods, such as bank transfer for trade customers
• Rename a payment method for matching orders

Add charges

• A set charge, such as a small-order or handling charge
• A percentage of the subtotal, such as a remote-area surcharge
• An amount for every item in the cart
• A charge for choosing a particular payment method, such as cash on delivery, which appears in the total as soon as the customer chooses it
• Optional minimum and maximum charges, your own name for the charge, and tax if you need it

Tell customers what changed

Add an optional message to any rule, such as “Cash on delivery is only available in the UK”. It is shown on the basket and checkout while the rule applies, and updates as the customer changes their address or payment method.

Try it out

Describe an order (what is in the cart, where it is going, who is buying and how they are paying) and see which rules would apply, why, and what they would do, including the charge worked out for that order.

• Tabs for delivery, payment and charges
• Switch any rule on or off, and drag rules into the order they should run
• Rules with an unfinished condition are clearly marked so nothing fails silently
• One switch pauses every rule without deleting them
